I am impressed with both the S1000pj model and the much improved S1200pj camera. Nikon did a great job with the latest addition to their projector camera. Several reviews simply are not accurate with their use and newly refined features this remarkable camera provides. I am impressed with the new DLP projector built in, which projects further, brighter as well as less drain to the battery. The S1200pj has improved built in sound, wind filter (for outdoors) and individual video button for fast recording of video's.
This model re-designed the projector, the cover (to prevent bright light for those unfamiliar with it having a projector) and the nice LCD size. I am completely happy with this useful and novel camera ! This makes for a wonderful gift to family and friends.

*I know that is a compact camera and is excellent in pictures, and the projector is awesome; I just dissapointed in the part of capture a video, I mean, I was expected for something better for the price, I had some problems when I used the zoom the focusing was terrible and the quality is poor. At least it's a great compact camera, really usefull with a lot of details to be creative.

I bought this for my daughter's birthday when the 1200 just came out, and she had to send it in for repair because 50% or more of the pictures were blurry. After getting it back, the same problems occurred and after a dozen phone calls, she gave up and asked if she could give it back to me and get another camera. I hardly use it but after taking pictures of New Years Eve 2013 and looking at the photos, 70% are blurry and useless. That was with good indoor lighting. Into the junk drawer!!
